6 weeks, which I really can't afford, but am trying to look good for job hunting. My hairdresser's going on maternity leave soon; I think for one of those I'll be back with the owner, who is a Tea Partier. Long as I stick to talking about sports, I should be okay. |

Once Ixalla was ready, Tathrelle cornered her. “Before we leave for work, I just want to tell you, I’m sorry. I guess I sort of shut down last night. I know you were in pain and I wasn’t too terribly supportive.” There was a wall covering in the main part of their chamber, something that Tathrelle hadn’t noticed before. She stared at it for a second and then shook her head. Outside, a disembodied voice announced from a hidden speaker, “It is time to travel to all daytime places of employment. Transportation sleighs are available and ready. Citizens are encouraged to thank the sleigh drivers at the end of a successful transport. The government recommends haste, and requests that all pregnant persons be given preference for seating in their designated areas.” A little distracted, Ixalla just asked, “Pain?” Untrustworthy - by me, actually. I really need a haircut. You would think being a hairdresser would make that easier. |

It's about one a year though it should be like at least 4 times a year for me. I get split ends bad and I don't have thick hair |

Going in and having someone else cut it? That's been about 15 years ago since the last time. I was never a fan of the large retail chains such as super cuts. I went to this local place all through jr high and high school and up until I was 24. Was a nice little place, think the name was pizzaz or something to that effect. Really nice ladies, I think it was $8 and I always tipped to make it $15. I went in once a month. For reasons unbeknownst to me at the time, the ladies always grinded their bush knob on my knee and reached in to cut my bangs and the top of my hair, dangling the decolletage in my face. It makes sense now. Eww Then some Russian ladies bought it and turned it into a high end salon. It surprised me as I had just been there but I walked in nonetheless. You could hear a pin drop. I had to talk them into cutting my hair. They recommended super cuts. I persisted and they relented. To the tune of $15 before tip. They all chatted in Russian the entire time. When it was over I thanked the girl and I said it in Russian. Then they all got real uncomfortable and said "you speak Russian?". I winked and walked out. I have no idea what they were chatting about as all I could say in Russian was hello, thank you and goodbye but my pronunciation is real good. After that I went and bought myself a set of clippers and have been cutting my own hair ever since. I trim around my neck once a week and I cut the rest every 2 weeks. For well over a decade I just clipped it all with a 3mm. One year I shaved it with a bic. It was December. You would be surprised how much heat 1/4 of an inch of hair holds in. I had terrible migraines. On a bright note people like to rub and feel your head when you keep your hair clipped that short. Or sometimes they ask you if you have cancer which was my cue that I had not been in the sun enough and my olive complexion was green olive not brown. Last year I grew it back out for the first time in almost 15 years. I keep the sides and back clipped with a 9mm and use a 22mm to tidy up the top. Sometimes I miss a spot or I blend one side better than the other but its free. |

Are you kidding me? That was pretty much the only reason I got haircuts in highschool. Went with really long hair in my 20s, & then in my 30s I cut it down again & would go about every 5-6 weeks to get it cleaned up Back in July, I found this great oil treatment that helps with my dry scalp & hair. Since then, I've been letting it grow out, & wearing some hats until it looks right. Looking kind of shaggy right now, but not altogether terrible, but for being 42, it feels pretty healthy, so I'm just going to keep letting it grow. Been kind of fun actually I guess Anton Yelchin here is the closest to my current length

but you like girls, there's a difference. To me girls make great friends, they would be akin to the guys you like to hang out with. But to have sex with one yuck!!!Guess I should have found a barber instead Growing up I was never happy that I had oily hair and skin, even though I never had a problem with acne. Now that im older I can see the benefit. Im 38 years old and the only wrinkle I have is the one I sit on. |

Yep - oily skin in youth = not too badly wrinkled later on. I am finally starting to really get laugh lines, at 51. My husband's had 'em since he was 35. |

its almost impossible to cut a man's hair without showing some cleavage or pressing against them. I always hate trimming beards because I'm pretty much in the same position I would be if I were doing a lap dance. |
