Only if you succumb to it. The celebs spend thousands on an outfit which they may wear only once, then spend hours or days trying to get 'noticed' by the photographers, and if they don't get noticed they'll spend thousands more until they do. Or they'll do something 'outrageous' (Paris Hilton for eg) that pretty much guarantees thay'll make the tabloids. Personally, I really wouldn't want their lifestyle, and I know that Madam wouldn't either, we're happy just bimbling along doing our own thing !!
we are talking about the ones that succumb.... just like the rest of your post is talking about that...lmao..
And the whole point of my post - which you completely failed to notice lmao - was that a person DOES NOT have to succumb to the pressure of celebrity unless they want to !! I failed at nothing!! you just didnt make sense!!
of course people don't have to.. not everyone is strong enough emotionally and mentally to handle all that that life style thats logical.

Former Disney star defends restaurant job Gael Fashingbauer Cooper TODAY
21 hours ago IMAGE: Dylan Sprouse Tim Whitby / Getty Images Dylan Sprouse is now working in a New York restaurant, but says it's not for lack of money.
Former Disney star Dylan Sprouse, who starred with his twin brother Cole in "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody," is now working as a host as a New York restaurant -- but it doesn't mean he's out of money.
Sprouse responded on his Tumblr to photos that fans have taken of him on the job. "To clear up the air (which is admittedly pretty rude), I did not take this job because I 'lost all my money,'" Sprouse wrote. "I am financially secure, and took this job as a way to primarily feed my over bountiful video game addiction."
He also noted that he liked the experience the new job gave him. "I also (see) this as a way to try a new experience, working somewhat below the means I’m used to, as well as a way to socialize and get out of the house," he wrote. "I feel most comfortable when I’m working and doing something, to criticize someone (for) that is pretty odd."
He may not be done with the Hollywood life, though. "I will potentially return to acting someday, but in no way do I think any experience is a step down for me, but rather a new step in another direction," he wrote.

and people freak out about it. Even if they do something normal they can't win.

poor kid...
I bet it gets boring living that life sometimes... I probably would love my job way more if I was completely secure.. and could walk away without there being in monetary repercussions..

What I imagine is that being in the pop realm of show business every minute of your life must make you dead tired of being around people who are utterly full of shit. They inhale people's souls & exhale bile
Spending your days around something wherein people are normal like a restaurant or a comic book shop or something must be like a goddamned vacation. It's probably why periodically Daniel Day-Lewis goes to Italy & cobbles shoes

Amanda Bynes has struck a plea deal in the court case stemming from her 2012 DUI arrest.
The 27-year-old actress' attorney Richard Hutton advanced the case today and entered a no-contest plea to an amended VC 23103, which is called a "wet reckless," a lesser charge than an actual DUI conviction. Judge Edward Moreton sentenced her to three years probation. Bynes must also complete a 3-month alcohol education program as part of the plea deal.

This situation is getting very troublesome. We heard yesterday from Amanda Bynes' lawyer, Tamar Arminak, that the actress was never suffering from schizophrenia despite the rumors that had come out during the hospitalization. However, it was hard to believe some sort of mental health issue wasn't going on considering the insanity that went on during those months before she got help. Now, we're hearing she has in fact been suffering from schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, not just weed issues as her mom recently tried to claim. In case you aren't convinced Amanda has serious problems, there has been numerous proof throughout her treatment. For starters, she was put on LPS Hold last year, which can only be done if someone is "gravely disabled as the result of a mental disorder or impairment by chronic alcoholism." She managed to have criminal cases delayed in both New York and California based on claims of her unstable mental health. She also spent time at the UCLA psych ward where she reportedly had problems after other patients started to freak her out. Not to mention, it's been reported many times that she was given a medication cocktail to specifically treat her for schizophrenia. And on top of all that, her mother shouldn't be in denial because she was the one who actually gained temporary conservatorship over Amanda after it was determined she was mentally ill. Unfortunately, it sounds like her mom, Lynn Bynes, might be in ignoring all these facts as she's now revealed: "She has no mental illness whatsoever." And on top of all that, she's apparently taken Amanda off all medications, which could be incredibly dangerous if that has been what's stabilizing her. We sure hope Amanda continues to receive any treatment she might need to keep her on this healthy path.
