There can be only one Posts: 8,660 Group: Klingon 5000 Post angel Member #5,893 Joined: September 6, 2009	Two ways....you should have a "FN" key, and somewhere on your keyboard, a symbol that resembles a sun or a light bulb....depressing FN and hitting that sun/bulb key should do it OR (assuming youre using Windows 7)... right click an empty area on your desktop... PERSONALIZE....IM on a desktop right now so I dont remember the exact path to get there on a laptop but there is something in that menu that lets you get to where you can adjust your screen brightness depending on whether you yuo plugged in or not....I believe its somewhere in the power settings

I can put my laptop on but it just keeps buzzing and when I go to type it just keeps scrolling down. It did get wet. But weeks ago and I have been using a regular keyboard and this just started the other day with the buzzing

Id be more inclined to say that maybe theres just a piece of something in the fan....try cleaning off that area or or used a compressed air shot and see if it jigs something loose
