Oh me neither, he was my first Doctor and I was kinda sad when they replaced him but I think Ecclestone wanted to quit himself if I'm right. And I adore David Tennant <3
I had a hard time getting used to 11 though, but I like him, tooo now.

Live long and prosper.....!!

William Hartnell, the very first Doctor, way back in the '60s (if my memory is correct) was a standout performance that really set the mould for the Doctor. Having said that, Peter Cushing's performances as the Doctor in the movies proved that the series could transfer to the big screen !!

I only saw one episode with the 5th Doctor I think. And one of 4, didn't see much of the old ones yet. I like the new ones better though.
I only got to know the series a few years ago though so I still have lots of time to check out the old episodes xD Problem is just that I'd have to get all the DVDs because they don't show aany Doctor Who in germany :(

Well I'm actually considering there for a few years after I have finished my studies, might be fun. When I was a very small kid (I was 1 year old when we moved there and 3 when we moved back) my parents lived in the US.

Germany has great cookies though xD And proper bread (once went on vacation in the US for 4 weeks and after those 4 weeks I really missed the german bread). The bread is a reeally german thing I think, everyone else makes fun of us for thinkiing it's so important _lmao_

Haha, I agree. But the US has baagels, I looove baagels <3
I mean there are bagels in germany, but you don't get them very often and they usually aren't that good. And Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, you usually don't get them in germany either :( My dad sometimes brings them, he travels to the US pretty often.

Netflix in germany would be fantastic, we have a thing similar to it but they don't have a lot of movies and series yet and I think they show most stuff only in german =/

Bagels with cream cheese are delicious though.

There are a couple of beigal shops on Brick Lane near where I used to live in East London. It's all that remains of the Jewish community that used to live around there (it's now a Bangladeshi area). Liverwurst and salt beef are the two most popular fillings.

Both shops are open 24hours, and if you go there around 2am you see police and drug dealers in the queue to be served, pretending not to notice each other...!

Oh wow, you used to live in London? Wow, I'm incredibly jealous.

I gotta admit though that I despise liverwurst, I really really don't like liver.
