I have customers all over Canada and it's way cheaper to ship via Canada Post than to ship from here to Canada. It also allows me to purchase items from overseas that can't be shipped to Washington.

Essentially, a broker holds my money in escrow until I receive my purchase and report that everything is good. Once I do, then the broker will give the shipper my money. Washington State doesn't like that.
