It includes gelatin (or agar in vegetarian recipes) and food-grade glycerine, which keeps the sugar pliable and creates a dough-like consistency. It can also be made using powdered sugar and melted marshmallows. Rolled fondant is rolled out like a pie crust and used to cover the cake. wiki I've had it before, Fondant, its kinda bitter, like eating black frosting, and has the consistency of an overcooked egg.

Put in one measure of gin (Vodka if you are like the pope and gin gives you heartburn) Pour pink lemonade ( from concentrate mixed with 2 cans of water to one can of frozen concentrate) to about 3/4 of an inch below the top of the ice. Put in one drop of red food colouring. Mix at a low speed on the blender till slushy. Serve in a martinni glass with a slice of lemon on the side. get the bartender making some of those
