People don't really get offended by this sort of stuff, a la Janet Jackson in the US. There's an ongoing debate about the role of the press in society that this has fed into- should they be allowed to print whatever they think will sell papers? Or should they respect an individual's privacy? That's why the story is still running.

While I'm disgusted that anyone would invade their privacy like that and hope they are successful in suing thier asses. I have to wonder why the future queen of England would think she should take her top off anywhere.

I think the estate owners should have a word with their lawyers and police, about having the photographers arrested for trespassing on private land !!

I know someone who used to work with her and he said she and their friends did it all the time. There's normally the expectation that you won't be snapped by some creep.

Maybe it's because I'm American, & have no real sense of worth regarding royalty, but you know... they're young, good looking, rich, & they got naked bodies just like everybody else. I don't even think they should be sweating it, but like I said, the closest thing we got to royalty in this country is Michael Jackson's kids Sue 'em for being sleazebags, & be done with it. Look on the bright side. She's hot
