But, I've heard plenty of people call themselves a "Jew" or that they are Jewish. Cause you're either Jew or an Israeli. Russian Jew, American Jew etc. Doesn't work to call them Russian Jewish, American Jewish or American Israeli, or Russian Israeli. "Jewess" is probably the only thing that I can think of as offensive and I'd steer clear of.

Emily is fine with being referred to as a jew, it is her race after all, and as far as we are aware it's only politically incorrect if the term is used in a derogatory way. In the same way that 'all muslim's are Pakistani's' (I'm not prepared to use the derogatory term), which no they're not. There's a great many white people who are also muslims, yet they're all usually tarred with the 'terrorists' brush. And considering most troublemakers are supposedly 'devout christians', I can only assume that the 'word of god' to 'love thy neighbour' means little or nothing to these hypocrites !!
