I just got the 4th season of Babylon 5 from Wallymart the other day, mostly because it was 10 bucks. Anyways, I kinda liked it. Once you get past the real crappy first season, the show really picks up. I really liked how the show had a story arc and a buildup of things over the years. Anyone else a fan of this show? |

Yes, we both are (spock used to have a thing for Delenn, especially after she grew her hair), and I was going to get him the complete series for xmas, but nobody had it. An excellent series, though, and I sometimes wish they'd screen it again.

Really, Delenn kinda seemed like a bone-head............. I kinda had a thing for Ivonova. It's cheap right now at walmart on the boxing day rack. |

Just because her cranial ridges poked through the skin.......and besides, you couldn't really see them with the hair! Ivanova was pretty and practical, but since Garibaldi had a crush on her (oh, yes he did!) spock turned his attention to Delenn, cos she was shy for the most part but could be commanding when necessary, just like me (spock's words, (he's sitting behind me) though am not sure myself.) |

I liked it, a lot, and sorry Lus but it was better than Stargate in my opinion. Especially as it had an ongoing storyline, rather than just disjointed episodes (Star Trek, etc). Apparently Amazon also have the complete series, so I'll give them a try too. |

Babylon five was great - I enjoyed all of it and even some of the ill-fated Season 5, and the made for TV movies the telepath hippies sucked though |

Epic show. Londo and G'Kar are two of the greatest characters in TV science fiction (played by two of the best actors). |

Londo and G'Kar stuck in the elevator with a fire outside.... Londo: You realize this compartment will very soon, start to fill up with smoke... G'Kar: (silently nods) Londo: and that it is very likely that we will both die in here... G'Kar: (silently nods) Londo: So we have to put aside our difference and find a way to get out of this together... G'Kar: No. (starts to chuckle) Londo: What do you mean, No?!?... G'Kar: No. (chuckles louder) Londo: Dont you want to Live?!?... G'Kar: (starts to laugh) Very much Londo: Then why wont you do something?!?... G'Kar: (laughs harder) Because I'd much rather see you dead (laughs hysterically) Londo: Really - Well, here I am - Go on KILL ME! G'Kar: (still chuckling) You forget the terms of my people's surrender....The killing of any Centauri by any Narn, will result in the death of 500 Narn beginning with the perpetrator's own family.....But this way, I get to watch you die....(laughing) .... And I dont even have to lift a finger! (laughs hysterically) |

Yes it was kept at a minimum, but it was an integral part of the story and for some of the character development - I mean who would have thought that about Sinclair? I thought it was handled very well |
