yeah. Trust me, it's all wrong. It's cut short on top and then breaks a bunch of hair dressing rules in order for it to be that long around the edges. Men's short cuts are universally shorter on the sides than on the top. If it was just a grown out shot cut I would be fine with it. |

People are going to die... soon & we just have to let it happen. This show is about people we like dying, and how it affects the people who haven't died yet. I've come to accept that we can't think of this show's character development in any traditional sense. Just because we've seen someone grow, even in a good way, doesn't mean they're safe. It may actually mean the opposite. They've been given an arc, the story of them, & in order for it to be complete & the show to continue, they die. Come season 7, there may only be a few people left that we know right now. Who's left that we knew in season 1? Daryl, Glen, Rick, Carl, likely Carol, and perhaps somewhere out there, Morgan. It's possible that only one or two of them are still around in season 7. Frankly, I'm past worrying about anyone dying. I'm ready for anyone to die. I only ask that it be interesting, & they manage to keep it interesting once that character is gone. The scuttlebutt is that this back 8 will be violent & upsetting, & the producers might even be worried that it may affect their viewership. We're certain to lose people we don't want to lose. People need to get with that. In this way, this show is breaking new ground |

my only concern with original cast dying is that we've never really gotten to know or care about anyone introduced after the second season. Even then the only ones left are Maggy, her sister and Michonne. If there is going to be grand scale carnage it won't be long before there is no one on the show left to care about. |

I'm saying 3 seasons from now though. They won't kill off all five remaining originals this season, but expect to lose at least 1 or maybe 2 more, & maybe a couple more over the season or two afterward. So that by season 6's finale there's only a couple originals left, & by then they've built others up. Remember that we were invested in all the originals by the end of season 1... and that season was only 6 episodes. Season 2 was only 13 & by the end we cared about Hershel & Maggie. Michonne, Tyrese, & Beth all have the capacity to be developed as much, by this season's end, not withstanding the next season or two. Hershel's death was maybe the most impacting of the series, & he wasn't there in the beginning Don't think of it as grand scale or mass carnage. Think of it as ongoing, ever present carnage. It will come for you. A tide what's ebb seems like it will never come. There's capacity for interesting attitude changes in that premise, if fans stay with it, and it's not impossible to budget well the time they have with their characters, & pull off amazing stuff as we say goodbye to long timers & groom fresh faces. This may be the only show in tv history that can pull it off well. It is a show about death Norman Reedus will not do this show for the duration. He had a pretty decent career before it & will want to have one afterward. People love Daryl, but they need to get comfortable with the idea of them killing him off eventually... & maybe Rick too |

The majority of an episode dedicated to Carl's ongoing stupid seems like a waste of time. I suppose if this is the end of it, it was worth getting out of the way, but again... this level of stupid gets people dead in any believable context. If you can't kill a zombie without wasting all your bullets & losing your shoe, you are not fine and dandy on your own |

He's a kid in shock and angry. I thought it was a pretty good episode. I wish he was carrying around a shovel or something though |

It was ok. Fair development for his character, but I just felt like it used too much screen time with only 8 episodes left this season. I enjoyed Michonne's little bits throughout more though. There's a character who could benefit from some screen time development, & Next week looks to jam everyone else into one episode. I just wonder why it was so important for them to spend so much time on Carl right off the bat I'm hoping he's not a focal point of the rest of the season. I'm wanting to get back to Carol |

I kinda liked the way it showed us a different perspective of the outside world now. The area they were in was almost deserted. The world was seeming a little crowded for the begining of the season with people running into each other and communities growing really quickly and food becoming really scarce. I liked that this little suburb only had a handful of walkers and the houses were pretty untouched. |
