:jedimags: I can't send texts. And it's having issues connecting to call people. I'd say "Not a big deal" but Mister FMN is on 24 hour duty, and I need the frigging phone to work so I can talk to him.

I havn't been able to use one of our lines for over a year because I put the phone through the laundry I had called to yell at them for something eles and they mentioned this new program. The new phone is going to by my son's christmas present since we are already paying for it and it would cost $400 to cancel the plan. |

What about getting one of those simple to-go phones sponsored by the parent company for the time being, and just slipping the dead phone's sim card into it? At least with that, you're not paying for a line that you arent using for months |

We've been talking about replacing my phone anyway. ![]() It's frigging ancient...old Cingular phone. But it worked really well until now! ![]() I can still call Mister FMN, and he can still call me...but we generally text when he's at work so he doesn't get in trouble for being on the phone or whatever.

You never heard of anyone having problems with those breaking down. You could probably flush one of that bastards in the toilet and it would just brush it off |
