Day and bought about $50 USD in groceries! I split it between the supermarket's food drive and the NALC drive. Actually only cost about $40 USD because of store card discounts on house and generic brands--quality is the same, but costs less, therefore you can buy more food. Oh, yeah, I forgot; yesterday, I also bought a book for the hub and me: "Star Trek and Philosophy: The Wrath of Kant" (and yes, you read that right) (Immanuel Kant was a German philosopher...)

The lady ringing me up told me that she saw 4 other people purchasing shower curtains and she just started work 20 mins ago. She was like what's up with everyone's shower curtains. I told her I had destrcutive cats. Then the lady behind me was purchasing another shower cutain too but she had two year olds that pulled them down off the shower curtain rod.
