I watched the whole thing, and the majority of the time, the dogs' necks are bare. At the end, one of the was wearing a light to simulate the "fireworks" effect. They're trained sheep dogs. Sheep dogs respond to whistles and hand signals; they don't need a collar to tell them where to put the sheep.

Then why do I see them look like they are falling on their faces? like they abruptly stop so suddenly head on like that? Just not normal that way.

My mom's stopped like that, and he wasn't trained as a herder.
