He knows Ben never saw Jacob, and Ben was shocked when Locke even heard Jacob. I would guess that Jacob's orders were made up in order to help the person in power stay in power. When Ben took over, he didn't know if Charles had really heard Jacob, but Ben knew that he had to "hear" Jacob to keep his power. Ben probably still believed in Jacob being there, but Locke was ready to expose the lie about Ben having spoken with Jacob. Or the island and Christian are making a power play against Jacob...

And I don't know why but I remembering last night while I was watching him once saying like "we'll do that as soon as it stops raining" and whoever he was talking to saying "it isn't raining" then suddenly it was downpouring. He's always known things about the island he shouldn't. Look at the way he hiked through the woods and got to the spot where he emerged from the woods shot at precisely the right second. I thought that was Desmond saying that to Charlie about raining.......Now, why am I seeing Locke! Wissa, are you mess'en with my head!! Hmmm..... I still have not seen last weeks show. I tried to get it over wifi at the hotel we stayed at on TW's laptop..but, no go...
	And....the kids!

The impostor Locke & every other occurrence of a dead person appearing alive (Jack's Dad, Rouseau's Daughter, Eko's Brother, etc...) are all creations of the smoke monster Jacob's cabin in the woods, is not Jacob's cabin, at least not anymore, as now Jacob clearly resides in the tomb of the four toed statue. The cabin likely belongs to the other guy, who wanted Jacob dead, so very long ago. The smoke monster is some kind of manifestation of his & now, he has seemingly gotten his wish, with the loophole of which he spoke, a human named Ben who's trial was that as a leader he would have only his faith to guide him, never to actually meet nor feel the presence of Jacob, making him an easier target, to be turned against Jacob Ben's been led astray all his life by that other guy, who disagrees with Jacob about Humanity I may have been wrong about Richard being a time shifter, but I still believe he is from the Black Rock crew, as Jacob's community seems to originate at the arrival of the ship,since no other evidence appears to predate that, with the exception of the primitive statue & architecture, that appears Egyptian, & looks to be present before the Black Rock arrives This gives me the impression that Jacob & his rival are Egyptian mythological characters in a feud over the fate of humanity. It will be interesting to see how events play out after the incident, & after the supposed death of Jacob. Richard claims to have seen Jack & the other time shifting Losties die, but he was not there at the explosion, & we know that Pierre Change, who was, lives to make Dharma videos after the incident. so they probably aren't dead........yet What a great season ending! :happy1:

The cabin with the broken circle of ash around it was said to be Jacob's, but I don't think so anymore. I think, & have always thought that the circle of ash being broken actually released something, perhaps Jacob's rival

Mojo.. are you saying you think the Smoke monster is the guy who wants to kill Jacob? I wanted to see Claire... what happened to her? The new locke cant be the same guy as Christian (I dont think) cause Locke and Christian were in the Dharma village together.. but I cant remember if they actually spoke to each other or not.

It's Christmas! Posts: 10,969 Group: TNG 10000 post spammer Member #53 Joined: June 17, 2006	Wow! What an season finale episode! When I saw this guy in the beginning, I thought, another new guy? Then the same guy kept popping up within each of the Oceanic 6, I kept wondering who is that guy was until I finally figured it out. JACOB! I knew it! I wondered how long Jacob had been on that Island? He sort of seems like some kind of an omnipotent. I thought Locke was strange.... I can't believe he made Ben to do the job of killing Jacob. Something evil is lurking upon all of these people! Of course......it is. I am glad they found Rose and Bernhard! I have been wondering what happen to them! I have now come to understand why the cabin had to be burn after Ilana was inspecting it. I have to assumed that we would not want anymore evil to surpass it and hurt others treading upon the property, would we? Just my guess. To burn it, is to destroy it. I felt for Juliet being pulled in the Dharma hole, the whole magnetic energy force looked so strong and powerful that I can ever imagine to fight for one's life is so devastating, especially for Sawyer. They both admit to each other that they loved each other. And I was kind of piss off at one of the Dharma initiatives shooting Sayid, making their plan to fail. Grrrr! But Jack shooted back! Now..... this is not the end! Rats! I have to wait until fall to see the rest of what happens after Juliet finally got the denoator to explode when it did not blow up the Dharma.

I wanted to see Claire... what happened to her? I don't think it is him necessarily, but it is definitely a tool of his, though which he works & communicates or something. That much is certain from the scene, that shows Locke's corpse, & has the fake Locke mention to Jacob about finally finding the "Loophole" The loophole is Ben. He was able to be turned against Jacob, because he had never met him, & had felt jilted by him for a long time I think the Smoke monster is actually responsible for most or all of the apparitions, like Alex in the catacombs, & Eko's Brother, & such Locke & Jacob talking about the loophole was a continuation of the conversation that was shown in the flashback at the very beginning of the episode. Things are making some more sense to me now, because of this episode, but I'm still clueless as to how it will all end, which is awesome! Sorry, PurpleLiz, but we won't get to see any new LOST until January or February of 2010 :cry2:

Radiation suits, & quarantine labels on the inside of doors. Sayid mentioned a long time ago about how all the concrete in the swan station reminded him of Chernobyl
