I think the surprise with Locke is that Locke had been dead so long. Usually, it is just saving someone from the brink of death. Didn't Richard ask if that was Ben when Sawyer carried him in? Last week, Ben mentioned that he had met Richard just 2 years prior. Sawyer met Richard (Richard's first time) 3 years prior, so I think his appearance probably just reflects a bad week. |

well christian had probably been dead a similar amount of time. one thing I remembered today, when kate went to visit the mother of sawyer's daughter she already knew who kate was and had been telling people she knew her. How did she know her? |

Maybe she had meant she knew someone who had been on that flight. And until this season, we didn't know if Christian could be seen by everyone or if he was a spirit. Locke is walking around as if he is actually alive. |

what I cant figure out is.... how did Sawyer have enought time to fill kate in on her before he jumped..  Im not sure if that episode in the the seasons I have...

Yes, but the way he asked was as if he didn't recognize him. Maybe I'm reading into his attitude too much, but it just seemed odd Yes, when he's talking to Sayid, right? Yes, when Sawyer's group first fell in with Dharma, & when Richard first encounters Locke, it's the fifties. In all these times, he was the well groomed Richard, in modern dress, but not when Ben first encounters him, & asks to join I'm not so sure. It just seems like there's more to it Anyway. The Kate/Sawyer/Cassidy connection is as follows. In the season 3 episode "Left Behind" The episode with Kate & Juliet cuffed together, & Sawyer getting fooled by Hurley to make amends with the remaining Losties Kate's flashback is about how she bails out Cassidy when her con job goes bad, & then Cassidy helps Kate get in touch with her estranged mother, who actually wants nothing to do with her. Cassidy tells her about Sawyer & their daughter, without divulging who he is Kate later finds out about this from Sawyer, while aboard the helicopter. He whispers something in her ear to the effect "I have a daughter in Albuquerque. Her name is Clementine Phillips. Make sure she is taken care of", or something like that The internet was rampant with rumors about what he whispered to her, when that episode aired. People were analyzing the audio. I even think deaf people were even reading his lips

if richard hadn't seen ben for 2 years maybe he didn't recognize him. Children can change a lot in that amount of time. And remember this is their present so they don't have the future knowledge the losties have. |

not that little kid. He almost looks exactly the same, but it is possible that having only met him once, Richard doesn't completely recognize him. I'm not sure, I guess

Doesn't she go to the diner to see Kate's Mother. The feds jump on her disguise thinking it is Kate...and, Kate escapes. Something like that. Kate had met her before she hit the Island. |

Dont read this post if you dont want to think about funerals and people passing away. ok...so when you die.. they do certian things to your body before they put you in a casket to be displayed at your furnel.. Im sitting here watching Locke much better than he has in a long time.. and all I can think about is they dye they had to have run through his body to get him that color. Its sick and morbid to think that.. I know.. but coming back to life is a big deal, and its crazy to think what his body had to go through to function again. |

I think Christian is a ghost person. Now we have proof that even ghosts can throw people around. And since John knows where to find the smoke monster, he seems much more connected. Didn't Ben have a different way of summoning the smoke monster last time? |

yes.. I think he did call it differently. what was the point of telling that guy stories about Locke if your just gonna shoot him later. It seems like Ben misleading him was a waste of space... I mean we already know hes devious.. I liked the weird Egyptian part... it seems odd but I like that kind of stuff |

Yeah, I just don't know anymore. It seems to me that Locke & Christian Shepard have had almost the exact same thing happen to them. Alex seems to me to be very much like what Yemi (Eko's Brother) was, an apparition somehow related to the smoke monster's doings. Eko died, because he did not repent his wrongful ways, however Ben did repent, & lived, & it is very possible that he will be an entirely different person now Jack & Sawyer seem entirely different now too, In Jack's case it worries me |
