Posts: 25,676 Group: Admin Member #1 Joined: November 16, 2005	they have set an end date. Can't remember when it is though. I think there are two more seasons. I'm glad they did that though. The show has so much more energy now that they can write to a set ending date. I've always thought that was the problem with these types of shows. Without a set end they just get lost trying to keep the mystery going and the viewers lose interest.

I was sitting here watching...frikken Ben is in Iraq...I just started saying to myself...this show has gotten so 'lost'...so complicated from the original storyline...I was saying to myself...we never even found out about the smoke monster...I miss the simple episode's of the smoke monster....and, HOLY SHIT! That was awesome!

I was sad to see bens daughter die though.. that was really sad.. I actually felt bad for ben.. not to long ago I hated him! Ben was kinda bad ass in Iraq!! I liked seen the smoke monster again... Plus that monster can take out a whole squad! Assuming it was Widmore's people, why would he want Nadia dead? things are just warming up :happy1:

It's also about 9 months from present, & I doubt he leaves nine months later. there is some kind of time travel going on or something

I had to go back to page 19 of this thread to check my own facts My working theory is that the island is over two days ahead of the rest of the world During Desmond's time shifting episode.... Mojochi Mar 1 2008, 09:07 AM On the island, it is dusk on [size0](Sunday) Dec 26th, but on the ship, (& the rest of the outside world presumably) it is midday on [size0](Friday) the 24th. So there is more than two days difference. However, the missile clock read 31 minutes ahead of Faraday's clock, though that might actually be 59 hours & 29 minutes behind I'm theorizing that last figure to be the correct time lapse.

The time between Alex surrendering and Alex being asked to open the gate seemed too fast for the captain to have gone through the time warp.
