This is dirty business we're getting into now I think it is the same cause of what happened to Mintowski, but a different effect since mintowski got closer to the island. The captain did say he wanted to move to safer water, so I think he probably believed it as well.

What could stop them from being together? Now I got to know wth happens to Sawyer Him & Locke are pretty much the only Losties left hanging, except Rose & Bernard, so if they're still on the island, why are the Oceanic 6 going to all this trouble to protect two murderers, & an old married couple? there has to be more to the lying than that

I agree that it is the kind of trick they'd pull, especially with someone like Jin. The only thing I can think of is that Sun's dad will kill Jin if he knows that he is still alive Jin was planning to betray him, before the crash, & that weird Korean speaking white guy, at the airport, told him that they knew what he was up to Maybe Jin is in hiding from Mr. Paik?

There are plenty of people for the survivors to want to protect. I am leaning to Locke though. Someone Jack would have shown remorse for when feeling guilty about leaving the island, and someone that Kate didn't care about. Since Ben is apparently still alive, Locke seems like the best fit.

Maybe Helen, or his mom I still think it's Ben in the coffin. He might be alive in Sayid's flash forward, but that's no guarantee that he'll stay that way. Jack's flash forward seems like it is the latest of them all. Sun's is about 7 months from now, & probably the earliest, & Hurly, Kate & Sayid's all fall between them
