Kate never got pregnant from Sawyer. That kid at the end IS Aaron  Plus, that is probably who she was talking about in the Season 2 Finale, when she said to Jack "I have to go. He'll be wondering where I am" Lest we forget, Aaron is related to Jack, as Claire is his half-sister They kept saying that only eight survived the crash, & that two of them didn't make it. Granted, all that is BS, but who are the other two that are among "The Oceanic Six" & who are the two being claimed as dead? Is Aaron being considered one of the "Six"? Claire could be one of the ones being claimed as dead. She must be gone or dead because people would've put together the fact that Kate obviously did not give birth a month after crashing on the island? Kate must have adopted Aaron after Claire was gone? Claire is doomed! It's crazy! :panic2: |

Crap, I just blew a hole in my own theory. If Aaron is adopted by Kate, then why in the Hell would Kate's mother think Aaron is her Grandson? Dammit  Btw, Claire is still probably doomed though :P It's a bloody death sentence to be a blonde woman on that island  Nikki  Shannon  Libby The Others  Bonnie  Colleen If Claire is to die, that don't bode well for the only remaining blonde lady, Juliette.

but how would kate pull that off? she wasn't pregnant when the plane crashed. Or is jack now saying she pulled 8 people out of the water and saved their lives while she was 8 months pregnant. and if time goes differently on the island how do they account for his age? But it may give us a timeline. He looked about two. So they are off the island by about a year after Aaron is born. she couldn't have adopted him because she was under arrest. Who would approve that adoption? it made all my hair stand on end when she called him Aaron. |

Yeah, I don't get it either. There is no way that Kate could bullshit her way though getting people to believe she was pregnant enough during the crash, to have given birth to Aaron one month after the crash UNLESS there is a time delay on the island, such that it would appear Kate had been there long enough for her to have gotten pregnant & had Aaron herself. Her mom seemed convinced it was her grandson BTW, how much use would putting Aaron on the witness stand actually be?

good point  did they say they were going to put him on the stand or use him in court?and why the hell is Jack all weird about him? I could understand when I thought he was sawyers but it doesn't make any sense. Unless jack feels responsible for clairs "death" I'm not convinced she is dead though. Remember she planned to give him up all along. |

On the stand, as I recall
It also seemed like he pays no serious mind to the fact that she is a mother, like a relationship with her is still a separate commodity, like they are still at some quaint stage of their knowing each other, that a chat over coffee would be doable suggestion
But hasn't she come a long way with him now for that to be an option anymore? |

maybe. But maybe something else happens. Remember he was fortold to be "evil" and at one point I thought the plane crashed so that she wouldn't be able to give him up. so do we think the people who aren't the 6 are dead? or still on the island? |

When they said they put Aaron on the stand in court, I was thinking where there is anything mention about Kate's son? Not until she said Aaron later on and seeing him still a little boy, not old enough to be put on the stand. Why would they want to put him on the stand when he is barely talking enough or that he may not remember all the events occurring about Kate, would he? Just so absurd......I was shock when she said Aaron's name and that I thought, could she have adopted him from Claire? I wonder what happened to Claire then... yet that is another story..... |

Man, I am more 'Lost" than ever! I totally forgot Jack's connection to Claire. His dad got around! Yea...it is puzzling if Sawyer is not the father why would Jack be so against that kid....connection or no connection. Unless, the kid is exhibiting wierd powers....like Walt..when he was young...and, freaked his step father out! Isn't Locke getting a little Tyrannical? He really should have heard Kate out. He is really in love with himself! It is wierd to see the Losties bringing food to their own set of prisoners. I love watching the previous episode with the pop-ups. It helps! |

Yea...I was going to watch the American Idol results show till I saw what they were doing. They re-ran last weeks episode with pop-ups telling you exactly what was going on in the plot line. I discovered a ton of stuff I previously missed. I wished I would have taped it! Maybe it is a way to keep viewres hooked after the strike.

The popup rerun is nice. It's the hour before the new one every week here. Aaron could be one of the Oceanic 6. As far as being Kate's kid, she was on the lam before the Marshal caught here and he died. Convincing people of her being 6 months pregnant would not be unreasonable if the others were selling it. Is Aaron one of the 6? Possibly, since they have been showing us one additional person every week. I would pick Desmond as the other Oceanic 6. Even though he wasn't on the flight, give him one of Sawyer's ids and no one would have noticed. Plus, he appears to be the focus of next week. Jack said 8 survived the crash. From the questioning, it sounded as if the Marshal was one of the dead. Who do you think the other was? I'm guessing the girl that drowned early on that Boone and Jack couldn't save. |

I didn't remember that Kate was very far away (In Australia) when the marshal found her, & he & the farmer were really the only witnesses to Kate's lack of pregnancy. so maybe the story could fly Well, if Aaron is being counted as one of the "Six", then there is only one more, & the other two, from the "Eight" would have been people who supposedly survived the crash, but did not survive till the rescue. Jack testified to the marshal having died in the crash itself, so I rule him out, & figure that there are two that did not make it to the rescue, but had to be claimed as crash survivors So who's the other person among the Oceanic Six? Such a juicy mystery  I'd be really surprised if it was Claire. Sawyer seems unlikely. Doubtful that Jin or Sun split up, or Rose & Bernard for that matter That doesn't leave much to choose from, except for background characters, or people who weren't on the plane, but might be masquerading as one of them, like Rab suggested about Desmond. Maybe Juliette decided to steal the drowned girl's ID, like Kate was going to do Yeah, & Locke is treading thin ice, in his struggle to no longer be a failure |

I forgot about Kate trying to steal that drowned girls id. That would make it hard for her to be one of the two dead people. I thought Jack testified that the marshall did not tell him about Kate. To me, the only reason to ask that is if there was a chance that the two had talked. If Aaron isn't one of the 6, there is also the possibility that Walt and Michael are included... |

man... its crazy how much I forgot! Especially that Jack and Claire are related... I think the others are still alive.. and that Sayid is working for ben to protect them.. from what I dont know... I suppose from whatever Ben has been trying to protect the island from all along... as far as Kate having Aaron as her son.. the best theory I read so far was that no one but the marshal and the farmer know kate wasnt pregnant.. or maybe it still is sawyers Son and they are tricking us by giving him the same name as another character... probably not though.. I think Walt and Michael must be the other two.. I read somewhere they may be back this season.. |

Though, if Aaron is one of the "Oceanic Six", then there is only one more Lostie back in the world, right now, which sort of breaks up the couples like Michael & Walt, or Jin & sun, or Rose & Bernard :panic: |
