I guess you do have to act out the scenes... but that doesnt make it healthy. Also there are negotiations... most actors negotiate about how much of their body parts can be shown and so on.. and they even get a say in who doubles their butts!! I suspose to a point it could leave out an important part of the movie... I hope she has a great shrink!
