I've never moved so quick in my life and this morning when I woke up eveytime I moved my head it felt like I was spinning so I ended up having a day off work. Awwwww....... You are not alone, I was getting better then suddenly yesterday for no reason my nose runs, and it is driving me crazy! Ahhhhhhhhhhh! :pullhair:

I haven't taken any today, all I've been doing to try & clear my sinus' is smell Olbas Oil and I've been able to breath a little better today. I have to be so careful when I use anything with a decongestant in it because I'm allergic to them and end up a lot sicker than I started off. My dad told me I "need some of that Vicks First Defense stuff" I told him, "I've tried it and instead of helping me to breathe, it made it much worse!" Wasn't good.

Now one side of my nose is clogged to the point I cannot breathe out that side. That side of the nose runs more than the other side.
