What the hell. It was on HBO on demand. I pay for HBO & there hasn't been a series I have watched on there in awhile.

Now..I am scrolling through there movies.

It was cute for a Saturday Night. I watched while I play on the computer. Can't do that with just any movie... :D

I :plt: that movie, It's quickly becoming one of my favorites.

Midnight Meat Train

GROSS!!!! It makes someone think twice before hopping on the late night Metro. Thank goodness I don't have to ride Marta at night. Anyways a Meat packing worker is randomly killing anyone who is boarding the last train of the evening and hanging them up like cattle. The people he kills bodies are never found but why??? So this photographer person follows him to try to get the lead and finds out what happens. It was alright.

Midnight Express

It's an older movie but a good one. They guy gets busted for Hashish possession and winds up in a Turkish Prison. I never want to go to a Turkish prison, even if this is just a movie. Prison movies are scary anyway. He finds his way out.

Mad Money

Cute movie. Three women who work for the federal reserve steal money that is meant for destruction and are caught. I thought the end would be harsher than the ending that was given in the movie. They made it look all too easy.

I watched The Truman Show last night on TV. It's a decent movie but it's also really strange to think about in light of the current TV trend. It's about a guy named Truman, played by Jim Carrey, who is adopted by this TV producer who builds an entire TV show around Truman's life. He creates a huge fictional town and fills it with actors pretending to be people living in this town. The show started when Truman was born and it broadcasts non stop 24 hours a day. The movie was made in 1997 I think so it's just creepy to think about a movie about reality TV before there ever was such a thing.

God I miss those days :crying:

I got to see Iron Man in HD on Pay-Per-View.

Even better than seeing it at the theater.

That's Mrs Tom Paris to you

I recently watched House of Wax. It’s a ridiculous teen horror remake of a 1953 movie with the same name. I mean to give you an idea of it’s caliber I’ll tell you it’s got Paris Hilton in it. That being said I actually found it extremely disturbing and not just because of Mrs. Hilton’s acting.

It also stars Elisha Cuthbert, Chad Michael Murray who are both fricken adorable. Anyway check out the trailer.

Didn't I talk about him being in some cheap Arctic movie a few weeks ago. :waiting:

Finally saw The Dark Knight. Joker was as good as I heard. I also thought Harvey Two-Face was a great part of that movie. I hadn't realized Two-Face was in the movie as I had never seen the face. The face was definitely better than Tommy Lee Jones. I would say that I preferred Katie Holmes, but I'd have been more devastated with the movie if she had been in it.

I was watching Superman last night for awhile, too.

Madagascar 2

The kids and I checked this out today. We are BIG fans of the first installment, so we figured that it may be disappointing.

The first bit of the film sets up things for Africa. You get to see how Alex the Lion leaves Africa and becomes the "King" of NYC.

Alec Baldwin and Bernie Mac do the voices as two new characters, and do it well. I still love my favorite lemur, Mort and the psychotic penguins, some of the gags in the film were great. Two things though were all I couldn't stop laughing over. The rest was enjoyable, but the second time definitely isn't as fresh as the first.

It's an alright film but I enjoyed the first more.

Ron is in a new series called "Sons Of Anarchy" on FX.

Which you in Canada won't be seeing until sometime next year.

Oh, the Series Finale of "The Shield" is on tonight (90 minute special).
I'll wait until after you've seen it before I post about it.
