Nice clip of my sister and her choir when they were on the telly:

Really like playing this one from Rockband too

The unambiguous and defined essence of a truest friend, is a single soul, shared in two bodies. A person who completes you so, that it pains you when they hurt, and sustains you when they are with you, no matter how far.

With all the Christmas stuff out there right now, I find myself listening to more and more of things like this. You won't hear a single sleigh bell, I promise.

I like this song because it carries a moral: don't be a scab.

...........................

One might ask how in the hell I came across this song, from Rosemary Clooney, circa 1955.
Well, I'll tell you, by youtube searching the guy who sang the Grinch song, Thurl Ravenscroft

Bird song? A baby's laughter? Church bells at eventide? A lass speaking Spanish in the throes of passion?

They're one of my favorite bands. This song isn't their most interesting, musically, but I like the lyrics.

I think its great, using music to learn a new language. And it cracks me up to hear the kid "cussing like a sailor" as he sings the song. I guess his teacher didn't learn the dirty words in English.
