Sherlock... I mean... KHANNNNNNN

kinda got me like :o :crying: :lus:

I was just getting a cup of tea to take to bed and was half listening to the news on my dads' radio. When I heard the words Richard Hammond, Accident, critical & hospital I couldn't help but listen.

BBC News

He is a presenter on the British Car show Top Gear and is well loved in Britain.

Here's a bit more about him:

My thoughts are with his Wife & 2 children. I hope he's going to be alright.
:fingerscrossed: :lus: :fingerscrossed:

Edit - while posting this, the Hospital have said he's now in a stable condition.

He is a cutie Domei, which is one main reason why he's so popular.

Here's an update on his condition:

Hi Lus :)

Thanx for sharing this. I was wondering where I had seen him before but the bit at the end of the last article made things clear. We get Brainiac on G4 Tech TV that my soon to be 15 year-old son watches religiously.

Rachel (thoughts and prayers OTW) :(

Sorry to hear that. Don't even know who he is but he is a good looking man and the same age as my cousin. I hope he continues to improve to get better.

Yeah and with the kinds of Vehicles he has tested in the past I'm kinda surprised it hasn't happen sooner though I'm still a little shocked by it all the same.

Don't want to speak to soon because of the way these sorts of things go but he seems to be slowly getting better.

Obviously we all wish him a full recovery. The article said he had suffered significant trauma to his head so hopefully his personality and cognitive abilities will remain unaffected.

The quote from his co-host certainly seemed encouraging.
