Unregistered	I have yet to get my first period. I just saw the doctor last year and he told me not to worry, that it was natural. then he charged me 150 dollars.

I know my mother had a lot of problems with that one. <_< Have I ever discussed my bms with you??? My family, believe it or not, was very relaxed about sex or the parts of our bodies talk. I come from a long line of nurses in the family and trust me, the conversation around the dinner table got pretty interesting, especially when it was about what happened in the ER that day. My sister and I learned about periods before anyone else in our classes and to us, when we got it, it was more like "rats", now we have to wear the pad thing. I remember laughing when we had the "talk" at school and they gave us pamphlets. In some ways I can't wait for menopause so I don't have to deal with the monthly visit, lol.

But I think that has more to do with the fact that I don't keep track of them and never have a clue how long it has been since the last one.

Can always tell when I ovulate, I get a ping feeling and bit of a pain in my side, which side depends on which tube has just shot the egg out. As for periods, I had to have my uterous removed a few years back because of tumors the size of grapefruits. But when I did menstrate, the day before I could always smell blood, though there was none around. Always every 28 days. Never off that unless I was pregnant. Now, I always knew when I'd gotten pregnant because there would always be a microscopic dot of blood in my panties 3 days after it happened. I also dreamt about my high school crush and I getting "romantic" with one another.
