"I do not think there is any thrill that can go through the human heart like that felt by the inventor as he sees some creation of the brain unfolding to success... such emotions make a man forget food, sleep, friends, love, everything." - Nikola Tesla
Tohea is in archive mode, but the legend lives on. |

The Azure Sky![]() ~ The Theme of the Azure Sky ~ Every legend starts somewhere. Great trainers don't pop into existence fully formed, already knowing everything - they learn through iteration, through practice, through success and failure alike. We stand on the shoulders of titans to reach the sky, learning from the past exploits of others and ourselves in equal part to inch ever closer to the unattainable goal of perfection, to shatter each individual barrier below that final wall - and then strike it down, a thousand blows but one mind, that we may ascend ever further. The Azure Sky is as much a brotherhood as a guild; like-minded trainers working together towards excellence, learning from each other as they in turn share their own knowledge. Cooperation mixed with competition - we learn from beating the hell out of each other as much as we do teaming up to beat the stuffing out of someone else. Losing to another member of the guild holds no shame, after all; it merely holds different lessons than a win. Since we all start on the same level ground, a loss against a guildmate simply means that they used their talents more effectively, teaching you how to better counter their tactics in the meantime - and by doing so, better prepare yourself to counter similar tactics from other trainers. We will also harbor an additional focus in guild quests, group efforts between members for various missions across Tohea. Besides their generally excellent payoff in terms of reward and battle experience, they will also build stronger guild coherency and provide valuable experience in working with each other. Even as we attempt to outdo each other, we lift up our weaker members, share in each other's success - and in the end, we become something greater than our parts. An elite cadre, each superpowers in our own right. Excellence for its own sake, power as its own goal rather than a far-fetched scheme. We invite you to join us on our journey, for is it not the journey that changes and hones us more than the ending? -Emily Soon, Guildmaster. |

Hey, guys. My name is Ventrue, but you can call me Ven. I want to join because I’m an avid learner. I consider myself a philosopher of sorts, after all. The only Pokémon I have right now is a Porygon. I’m currently in Riverwood doing a favor for Professor Hazel, but I’d love to meet up! Message me! @2:45 P.M. |
