"I do not think there is any thrill that can go through the human heart like that felt by the inventor as he sees some creation of the brain unfolding to success... such emotions make a man forget food, sleep, friends, love, everything." - Nikola Tesla

Good, now you are talking. Keep going with it, Jeanesse, not everything everyone says is going to be correct, you should double check everything before passing it on. This is the kind of thing that gets people thinking. Arguement brings out the best in people. I wonder why people like to prove others wrong, but it is a creative and energetic outlet. No one understands my maddness. And, Gyrados can use Flamethrower. Combustion, Air, Water Pokemon. |

Gyarados is also considered to be a dragon and only learns Flamethrower through TMs, not naturally like other Fire-types. The gas I mentioned is also lighter than air, enabling heavier creatures to fly. It probably helps Charizard and Moltres fly and would explain how Gyarados flies without wings. In the case of Octillery, it probably has a very small ink pouch that contains a substance that ignites in contact with air as well. Considering it learns it by TM, this pouch has considerably shrunk in size without use of it. Evolution at its best. TMs aren't natural but show relations between completely different Pokemon. Thusly, saying that such and such can learn this attack when it shouldn't because of its biolgy isn't at all helpful. Back a bit in its line, yeah, Octillery could've been a land going, fire-breathing guy. But, since it took to the sea, it no longers needs to breathe fire. Gyarados could've like many Chinese dragons mixed with Western ones and taken to land before it vanished into the sea, losing said legs because they really didn't help in water. |

Ok ok, time to get back on topic and out of this silly discusion. Pokemon have natural born abilities. Here is a short list of them. Underwater Breathing Lava Walking Flight, comes in different speeds and manuverablties. Float (Jumpluff) Invisibility Telepath Empath (Telepath, but on the emotional level instead. Read feelings) No-Clipping (Walks through walls) Power up traits (Pokemon Ability stat, Keen Eye on Wingull for example) There should never be any doubt as to what your Pokemon can do, so I do believe all of these should be defined in some sort of list fashion. It would take some time, but if get some amount every week, and discuss those every week, then move on, I think this could be done as quickly as we put effort into it. |

It's being discussed among staff. It's out of player hands. Thank you for the interest. More information will be released with time. |
