Right, I have decided to not exactly open a sprite shop as of such but something similar.

I just make random banners and stuff in my free time and I'll post them here for comments.

I'll tell you how I have done things and share a few things about Photoshop that I know with you.

I don't take requests as of now, if you like my work then feel free to comment, no flaming on put downs just Constructive Critism. If you don't like my sigs its tough, thats the way I make em.

Curent Photoshop Tips:
To improve a dodgy PSD, do the following:
Duplicate the Layer with CTRL + J
With the duplicated layer change its Layer type to Overlay
Click on the bottom PSD (The one you copied from) and change its Layer type to Luminosity.
You should notice a sudden loss of contrast, to fix it, select the bottom psd (The one you copied from) and go to Filter >> Blur >> Gaussian Blur. Change the number in their to 4.0 and Voila, 1 classy PSD!

*sigh*

that color for that font on the first one is still real hard to read. like i have said in the past, the best way to a banner or any advertisement is to make sure the reader knows what its saying/about.

yes you can clearly read it, but still the title and even the heading don't stand out and say

BAM! READ ME RIGHT HERE!!!

that and im still not a fan of that pixel font. its over used in so many other people's signatures all over the web and it is terribly blurry at a big size, as its not made for that reason.

overall good start.

((omg i said something positive!))
