Soul Gateway - Another Stage of History Upcoming Soulcalibur IV CaS site/guide ![]() This is an upcoming sneak peak at the new Soul Calibur IV CaS site, called Soul Gateway - Another Stage of History (title remains tentative). Basically the site will continue BaneWolf's Soul Calibur III CaS Guide's legacy to exclusively cover Soul Calibur IV's CaS, the same great way BaneWolf's covered Soul Calibur III's CaS. Soul Gateway - Another Stage of History will not only feature what BaneWolf's currently offers, but also a slew of ultra spiffy new features, sections, and enhancements. Some of these are: New features:
When will Soul Gateway - Another Stage of History be launched? At the moment it is undecided and uncertain when the site will be launched for public access; however, the site will without a doubt be launched before the end of September. There's a required time frame from when SCIV releases to launching the site that includes mandatory tasks such as unlocking most/all CaS parts and creation + additions of CaSs for the site. When will you be taking SCIV CaS submissions? Likely by the time most or all CaS parts have been unlocked for the mode and the forums revamped for a SCIV submissions section. There will definitely be a wide announcement on the forums and through e-mail when SCIV submissions becomes available. Should I start working on my forums points to prepare for the SCIV site? You should continue to build your post and point totals on the forums, but we are expecting to reset point totals accumulated through the forums thus far in order to start fresh for SCIV. Points build so far can still be used to submit SCIII submissions for BaneWolf's site, but they will most likely not be used for the SCIV site. We've been really thinking of giving members the first SCIV CaS submission free, so you can maybe expect no work required other than forums registration to get your first CaS up on the site. Can I see a full preview of the site as it stands? No. The site's layout and pages is still massively under construction, so don't expect a full preview until much after in the month. What will happen to BaneWolf's Soul Calibur III CaS Guide when Soul Gateway - Another Stage of History is out? Nothing. Once Soul Gateway is out BaneWolf's and its entire contents will be preserved for people who wish to use its resources for SCIII CaS. For great convenience, you will be allowed to instantly switch back and forth between BaneWolf's and Soul Gateway as you please. Got any comments, suggestions, anything you want added to the site? Please post a reply in this thread!! Edited by C.T, Sep 9 2008, 06:19 PM.

There's a possibility that they're emulator user which can boost the resolution up to 1980x1080 BTW, I'm not that adept in HTML, but I think it is suffice to maintain a webpage. Also, I have a special ability to adapt in any new interface/language I just met (example, my deviantArt journal CSS, that's my first time using CSS) I will be looking for Dreamweaver CS3 on stores, if that's needed

Bingo: http://www.us.playstation.com/ps3/network/updates/PS3_181_update.html#upscale So SCIII screenshots and videos can be up to 1920x1080 resolution on the PS3. |

Hmmm... I don't want to worn out my PS3 DVD optic, since my SCIII copy is very well pirated. I'll see if I can do something in emulator, since I'll be getting either as late as December. |

Do you burn your games on DVD-Rs or something? Or do you just purchase bootlegged games from your country? |

My country only sells pirated version of PS2 games. Shame, but true. These games are copied in a very bad condition that your PS2 optic will have a hard time reading it, unless you clean the disc often and have multiple copies in case one went wrong. |

Yeah I heard horror stories about bootlegged games selling in certain countries, a lot of them suffer from freezing issues and in some extreme cases the pirated copies even remove some or all of the game's contents, such as CG movies. So you mod your PS2? Is it with a modchip or just swap discs? |

All PS2 is modchipped. You won't find an unmodded PS2 here. |

Wow, and they just go for the usual retail price? I say you should go buy me one since modded PS2s here are quite expensive compared to a regular PS2. Plus, I'm no good at soldering. And gosh, has this thread gone off topic.

It costs $129.99 retail in the US, this discludes any modification or tampering. If the game prices are only 70 cents, do they even come in their original packaging? Seems like you'll be paying for only a bootlegged copy of the disc and nothing else. |

No, game only come with fake cover (not even copy of the official cover), usually wrapped in plastic. I often put my game in my special disc softcase to increase its longetivity. And the $ .7 price is the DVD count. So a 2 DVDs game costs $1.4. Why not come here and brought several for your friends? XDDDDDDD There's also a modded Wii for ~$340 XDDDD Game price is about the same: $ .7- $ 1 |

360 is expensive. it's about $720-750. Game price is cheap, though. This is why I opted for PS3. |
