oh recently a found out how to do it! use the Olcadan Player 1 or Player 2 Character Modifier when the stage is loading (works with any character) you get the victory pose and the intro pose but the name is olcadan EDIT: is there a code to play as Aeolos from Chronicles of the Sword? Double posting is not allowed. Please understand. On the other side, if working that is not the code of Soul of Olcadan, since the game read your character entry as Olcadan thus putting your moveset in random behavior. If it is really a Soul of Olcadan code, it should come with Olcadan's unique character intro and winning pose. The same also applies to Abyss and Night Terror. I'm still trying to think about a code that does not mess with your character's name, for one thing. (Your character's name should become "Olcadan" after match) |

Not even Q6600 and GeForce 9800GTX+ Cloud make it PS2-smooth gameplay yet. About the parts, It feels not possible ATM, but we don't know. There might be some modifiers I haven't find. |

PCSX2 is usually okay for 2D and sprite based PS2 games and a few 3D games such as FFX atm. SCIII emulated on a PS3 itself isn't perfect as you would expect, unfortunately. While there are no noticeable graphical glitches apparent that are on the PC PCSX2 version, the frame rate is remarkably horrid in 720p or 1080i. In regular resolution it plays okay, but there are a few sound glitches such as the sound being echoed repeatedly in a random fashion. Just comes to show SCIII is eminently demanding when it comes to being emulated on anything else besides its origin of the PS2. ![]() I'm no longer working on codes for SCIII atm, since I have better priorities and SCIII has become sort of stale. Hopefully Perse or someone else can dig out some treasures. Edited by C.T, Oct 13 2008, 01:25 PM.

If you have a 60GB PS3 SCIII plays as smooth as butter. I can't use my AR MAX on it so that kind of sucks. |

That's merely as the 60GB had the emotion engine hence it runs on hardware instead of software when playing PS2 games. SCIII doesn't like to be emulated. |

C.T, could these codes work on a PS3, or would I risk damaging the system? |

PS2 game enhancers don't work on the PS3. Why not use a PS2 console? |
