C.T., a dumb question I pose to you: What do I set Taki's color to match her skin?

Also, I'm trying to make Cassandra's and Seong Mi-Na's edited 1P costumes match their default 1P costumes. Do you know what colors I need to set 'em to?
I don't recall the exact color digits used to color Taki's suit to nearly flawlessly match her skin. Did you try 04,15? If that's too reddish, try going a bit to the right.

If you're coloring the standard characters it'll be more preferable to use the Standard Characters Color Changer instead of the Universal Color Changer, since this code works with standard characters only and you can actually see what colors you are getting in color edit without having to exit the editor.

As for coloring Cassandra and Mi-na's edited 1P to match their default 1P costumes, do you mean their default 1P in the game? If so, I'm not sure as I've never attempted something like that. It'll probably be something you have to figure out yourself.

Can I ask you to supply me with the Game ID for the PAL version of SCIII for my AR Max?

Also, do the color mod codes work on the PAL version?

Thanks!
Game ID for PAL SCIII is 0599.

The new codes including the color changer codes aren't available for PAL SCIII yet; however, if there are enough demands for it they will be made.
I'm getting code isn't for correct game error messages using the PAL codes here and the Game ID. Do you know what the prob is?

Anyways do you think you can privately get the PAL version of the color changer codes for me? If not could you show me how you get the PAL versions of the codes?

Apologies, I made a typo. The Game ID is 0899 not 0599 for PAL version of SCIII.

Porting codes to different regions is quite an advanced process, you'll have to learn how to use ps2dis and have elf files of both regions of the game.

If you just desire the Universal Color Changer code ported to PAL, I can do that for you.

Thanks, everything to seems good now. :)

If you could give me the PAL versions of the universal color changer and standard characters color changer codes I would really appreciate it.

You're probably not inputting the joker command where necessary.

If you entered
D046DBA2 0000FCFE
004B4860 00000060
correctly, follow these steps:

Prestep (do this before you attempt anything else):
  • Go to any battle mode.
  • Select your CaS in memory card slot 1 and his/her discipline; weapon choice does not matter.
  • Once you see the versus screen, soft reset the game (Select+Start).
CaS profile instructions:
  • Go to character profile mode.
  • Highlight any character (the character you use will determine what stage your CaS will appear in).
  • Select the character and his/her weapon (again, the weapon your choose will determine what weapon you CaS will use)
  • Immediately after the character says his/her selection line (e.g Nightmare's "I'll burn you alive!") press Select+R2+L2.
  • If you've done it correctly, the loading screen should show the Lizardman, Rock, and Voldo backdrop. Your character should now appear in profile mode.
CaS exhibition:

  • Do the exact same steps as profile mode, but just select exhibition mode this time.

Where are you getting the black screen?

Once again, write down all the codes you are using exactly as they are in your Codebreaker and in order you input them.

I meant every code you are using, including the mastercode or any codes you have enabled when you ran the game and got the blackscreen.

Is the mastercode still the very first code?

*sigh* You're not doing what I'm asking you to do.

Forget it, just go into the SCIII game entry you created for the codes.

Game entry - "SCIII"
  • Mastercode
    F0422080 00422083
  • Universal Color Changer
    202D8E70 3C014000
    202D8E78 44817000
  • Stage Modifier
    004ED64C 000000?? (we'll just use 004ED64C 00000025)
  • CaS 1 Swap
    D046DBA2 0000FCFE
    004B4860 00000060
The codes in orange color are the codes selected and enabled.

Make sure it is exactly like the above list in your SCIII game entry, and run the game again.

If you are still having problems, and you are certain only the codes in orange are enabled (and that the mastercode is very first code in the entry), replace the two enabled codes with the following:

Mastercode:
B4336FA9 4DFEFB79
EFE276E6 27855965
36F0517D AF450956
5C7B44B6 7E767C0D

CaS 1 Swap:
634964EC F9BD917D
8472FEA9 04B07F13

If doing that solves your problem, your v10 Codebreaker probably does not support RAW codes or isn't compatible with the current RAW mastercode supplied here. If that's the case, you need to convert all the RAW codes to encrypted v7+ Codebreaker format or find a different RAW mastercode.

I used Codebreaker v8.1, I input these codes with the mastercode being the very initial code and it worked fine.

Mastercode:
F0422080 00422083

Standard Characters Color Changer:
202D8E70 3C014000
202D8E78 44817000

Check your digits, perhaps.
