Yeah, I think of it this way... practicing against standard characters is best to prepare for the Vs. and World Tournaments, while most human players are going to be using their own CaS creations, so the best thing there is to practice against your own CaSes or the bonus characters. It makes sense, doesn't it? CaS is the best feature of SC3 in my opinion, and in general it turns any game with preset characters into something I can control. It's what keeps me playing games time and time again. Now until the day when we can do things like take pictures or somehow allow our game consoles to read pictures from our computer and then use those as CaS parts or something to that effect, it will never be perfect, but oh well. I've seen the ability in the past, this old baseball game on PS2 that let you take a picture of your face with the old PS2 camera. Something like that. Well, I got a bit off topic here, but I'm always full of ideas. Lust's hair in this game is not quite what it should be, and her clothes aren't perfect, but I'm enough of a fan to not care about coming more than as close as I can. Heh. If you think I'm crazy here, you should see me watching Fullmetal. Haha.

Wait for SCIV to come in PS3 pal

That HD should do something useful for once

I'm sure that when SC3 arrives the PS3 would drop a couple hundred, if Sony was smart in the market.

Um... you mean SC4, dude? :P It'll be interesting to see how the series changes. I can only hope for more facial and voice options in the next installment. I'll make do with whatever clothing is available, but I'm huge on the faces and how my character sounds when I'm hacking away. I just made a Wrath CaS just so I could beat the snot out of him... for obvious reasons... heh. But he should have the voice of a child, not an adult! Oh yeah, and he's good to practice against too, since I have sheer motivation to make him look like the ass that he is. :D

Siegfried's not a bad combatant to practice against. He's tricky, yet at a moderate speed. I could practice against him for a bit. Nightmare's a good one to go up against, since he's quite quick. Besides, I like using him as a punching bag.

If you want a real difficult opponent to practice against, try a custom character with the Iron Sword discipline (or Strife.) Rest assured, you'll get a challenge all right.

Yeah, I practiced against Strife for a bit when I wanted to figure out a good CotS strategy to use since that's like the second hardest fight in the game, secod to Night Terror, I believe. <_< I used to just fight Lizardman and Voldo all the time as well, but now I'm just looking for something different. I'm still going strong with my CaS Lust, as well as more created FMA characters! I enjoy using Wrath as a punching bag too.

Yeah, he's got some attack throws and combos, sort of like Astaroth. But, my brother hasn't fought me for about two weeks so I'm starting to wonder why I'm practicing so much... <_< Oh well, he'll get it when he finally does fight.

Hmm, I'll go check that out then. But I guess it depends what weapon I have him using.

I always practice with our old owl, Owlcadan...err...Olcadan. Basically, he uses all of the character's moveas and that makes him Ideal, because you can fight every single character in the game. Sophitia and Setsuka are the toughest in Hard mode and above, though.
