Is Thewre Anyone On Here That Can Give Me Some Decent Advice?; gearbox issue!

hi there ive got the manual box in the car now. but the issue were having is with the starter inhibitor..... what wires do i have to join or what do i have to do with the wiring to get it to run right..... im converting from auto to manual.
Only when we joined the wires we thought the car just started even with just the ignition on? help please there must be someone on here that knows....

Probably no one who has done it has seen the post yet!

You need to connect the violet and white wires together (pins 8 and 9 on the switch).

The grey and yellow wire and the black and red wire go to your reverse light switch!
