Hi, After the polyurethane bushes, and I talked with the manufacturer, he has the ability to make anything with CNC machined. Just ask him. So, as our car hardly find tuning parts and now I could find more manufacturers in various things in Thailand. It would be better if you guys are interested in having things in the reasonable prices. I am thinking about pulleys, Strut Brace, Ball Joints, etc. Anything that can come up with your ideas that you have seen some of us customized but just 2-3 sets. I know labor cost in Europe and USA seems to be high. So it would be a good opportunity to get them cheaper but the quality-wise still in Thailand. Let me know if I could help us. PS. I put this Group buys request here is because some of the group buys are for track/ super street use. So, it would be better to put in this section. best regards, Ake |

I do not have the profile. Also, the material available here as I see now is not for making camshaft. My team still send the samples to make in Australia. Sorry for that. |

some ideas: - Pulleys - rear camber struts - front adjustable top mounts. I might be able to make some CAD-drawings in that little spare time i have. Have already made drawings for rear camber struts but im a bit uncertain about the correct length. |

For pulley, Can it be using the standard one as the template and ask him to remake as the lighter one? Then this would be a lot quicker. Then we can choose the material to be lighter. For other things, I might be able to use the ones in my race car to make as the prototype. However, please send me the CAD drawing or other pictures to get an idea. Ake |

Please explain what you mean again. I do not understand. It might be pulley for the next project. These are samples of pulleys they do for Honda B16 engine and Toyota 4A engine. Hope this can judge of their quality and ability. ![]() ![]() ![]() Please give me detail information of what you have in hand to make this happen if you want this to be next after poly bush. Hi, Ake RT- Pulleys most certainly, I have been looking at other manufactures alloy spun Pulleys trying to find something suitable. Water Pump Pulley make it underdrive by say 10% so would need to be slightly larger Diameter than the stock one. Crank Pulley like for like ? Power Steering Pulley, like for like ? I was also looking at the idea of an 6063 alloy bracket for fitting onto the existing inner hub pick ups, so that the 16v steering ratio could be increased. Mastellha 76 had worked up some distances but was talling of going with cut and weld. On the question of Brackets for those retaining the std power steering etc, then a Bracket for that as I can still not believe how heavy it is !! Alloy Thermostat Housing ? Just some ideas. Regards, The Gorilla. |

For the pulley I would use 16v as the based. is there any difference of the 16v & 8v pulleys quantity and types? Any additional information please drop here. |

Khun Ake, Ivan in Singapore will not be too happy if you start making pulleys. He has been making them and selling them and other 201 EFI conversion bits on eBay for four years. Top quality stuff. Here is a link to his eBay store. http://stores.ebay.com/silvercosworth-2316 bobf |

Hi, Is this the same Guy who Trades as ''SilverCosworth'' ? If you read some of the threads on the 190 Rev Forum then delivery dates and delivery of all parts does seem to have issues ? What happened to the free market of Capitalism then ? Competition is healthy keeps suppliers on their toes, stops all this price monoloply bullshit as well. Ake RT- Free market that I am aware of, if you want to invest the time and costs in producing parts for a 190 or anything else its your money, so its your decision, nobody else, Pulleys included. Regards, The Gorilla. |

the trigger wheel I do not think it would work great in all condition because it could face the noises from all around the machine. What I am using is the OEM distributor and mod with Mitsubishi Evolution distribution sensor to send the signal to the ECU. You invest for the standalone and it will be worth using direct coil and you hvave the room for this type of crank positioning sensor. Do you want this? ![]() ![]() For the pulley, probably it would work for special project group buy. Let me find out the way to make. It would be planning next month instead because I will go to France next week and have a race at Bangsaen Beach end of the month. For the poly bushes, I just wait for the money transferred to my account and the production will be boosted. Ake |
