It's time for my cars first full service since buying it earlier in the year. I'm based in the North East and have heard of the following service centres: Merc Spec , Middlesbrough - http://www.merc-spec.co.uk Prestige Servicing, Stockton on Tees - http://www.prestigeservicing.co.uk Has anyone ever used these? Are they recommended? If not, does anyone else in the are know of another place I could give a look to? I want to get it booked for in the next few weeks if possibe. Thanks for all your help. Take it to either: Neville Wright - Diamond Garage West Auckland 01388 834700. Neville's personal cars have won the M-B Club national concours competitions. He is meticulous, a lovely helpful bloke and great fun. or Dave Walton Specialist Cars at Crook Co Durham 01386 763136. Dave knows Mercs and BMWs really well, but his main speciality is Ferrari. Always worth a visit just to see what Ferraris he's currently working on. Honest as the day is long. Fantastic workshop, but not expensive. Both are one man operations where you talk to the man who's working on your car, not some service receptionist. Tell either Neville or Dave that Steve Swithin recommended you and you will be well looked after. |
