I would expect them to be overloaded under the 2.6. Do you have any figures how heavier is the 2.6 compared to a 2.0?
Weight distribution should be different too.
you may need to use thick pads too, in order to compensate with the compression and extra lowering due to the weight added.

Not sure if they can cope with extra loading so I would not consider them ok.

I think I have read Kenny saying he has 2.0 litre springs up front on his 3.0 'beast'.

Why not PM to see how he gets on with them?

Stu (could be wrong)

You are right , Kenny has got them on his 3.0 beast .

They do look very good , and in normal (!) use there is no problem .

Do you have aircon ???

Admin, if only I could shut up for a week or halfords had an autoglym sale neil would overtake

to follow up from pm's for anyone else who may want to know it actually handles very well although its clearly way too low (even on 4 bump pads).

The problem is that I changed to bilstein sports shocks at the same time so the extra stiffness in the shocks may cover up extra softness in the springs. I suspect it is. Given the choice, I would rather have fitted lowered 2.6 springs. There is always a risk that the weight tollerance of the 2.0 springs may cause them to crack at some point.
