My exhaust looks like a bit of a hotch-potch, but saying that I've not seen another 190 exhaust to compare it with.

The downpipe rattles between 2000-2500rpm when cold. Quieter when warm though.

I wedged a large screwdriver between the two pipes and give it a little twist it goes quiet.
The gearbox hanger/bracket was fine.
The noise sounds like it's coming further forward than the CAT.
The heat shields are fine too.

Are the downpipes lined at all?
Do you have any real life pictures of a downpipe to CAT section? I wonder if I have a Frankenstein exhaust!
