So my drivers door lock opens and closes with the central locking but only if I operate locks from boot or passenger door. If I use key in driver door it only locks/unlocks the drivers door.

Any clues on the fix please guys?

Cheers in advance :)

Had exactly the same problem, took off the door card and found a broken wire at the plug.soldered it up and right as rain. BTW should opening the passenger door open all the locks ?
1985 16v if it makes any difference.

I'll have a look inside for a broken wire.

All my central locking normally works from either front doors or boot. (1992 2.0)

Thanks Al and 1stMerc!
