Would appreciate any advice on how to fix mileage trip which does not go around. Button presses in but it makes no difference as it always stays at zero.

Hi Buddy

I had the same problem.

You have to remove the clocks from the dash and go and take teh speedo unit out.
About 1/2 hours work start to finish.
There is a cog on the bck of the speedo that has fallen off the grub screw, smear the grub with vasaline then push the cog back in, it should "Click" and re assemble.

Hi Rich27

Many thanks for the advice will have a look at how to do now. Will not get around to it until next month as I live in Germany at the moment but could look in the local scrap yard over here.
Cheers
