Am going to nominate Daminder's (forumite 'dss') late father's car. Looks like he kept it in fantastic shape. I don't normally like the lighter non-metallics, but this one is an honourable exception:

That is an exceptional unmolested example. A credit to its original owner.

Edit.

For me that is going to be hard to beat.

I think its one of the best things on the forum and after reading some of the comments i'm glad i don't go to and gtg,s accross there because i could only listen to that girly whinging for a very short and somebody would have a modified thick ear,i have entered the 16v a couple of times and will again and i don't hear any other 16v owner crying in their pimms because our cars can't enter this month and if there were a 16v only month i'm sure most of the members would'nt hurl their teddies out of their cot so whats the big problem about an un modified 190 of the month ffs..

Spot on post.
As has been mentioned the best place for modified cars is Barryboys, plenty of attention there me thinks lmao
Cracking thread by the way, might be as good as the multiple user scam of the Spring lmao
Keep it running lmao

I'll second that!

Darminder, you should have no problem selling that car, i just hope it goes to someone who can cherish it like your father, a credit to him.

I would like to enter this picture please instead of my first post in this thread as there is no question mark on originality on this one.

I can only apologise for there being a Toyoya badge in view!

Cheers.

Gentlemen; May I humbly attempt one further submission of "The Old Girl" as I feel that in her advanced age and 174,450 miles she bloody deserves it!! :crying:

I thought this was a top idea, long awaited. You cant beat a standard classic car. Theres no pleasing some people, it should be run more than once a year if you ask me. It just goes to show how many people mod them up, not for the better most of the time.

Keep up the top work lads, dont let the b*****ds grind you down lmao

You should have a 16v standard only once a year!

whats with people getting all "upity" about this 190OTM?

there are some rules

some poeple point out some flaws with doing it this way
some people point out some cars that break the rules
some people joke and throw in a modded car

i personally dont see why people are getting so defensive about it
