Hi there, for some time now my sunroof control panel bit has been very loose, and keeps dropping out of and hanging from its little hole. It has metal clips on one side, but nothing on the other side. How is this supposed to clip in? The actual hole seems to have gotten a bit too big as well. Any ideas on the best way to keep this thing held in? Any help appreciated, thanks, Tom. |

If I remember correctly, one side has a plastic bit that sticks out (behind the roof panel), you slide thhat in and the metal springy bit on the other side clips it in. This metal clip can get bent and introduce play, or the fibre of the roof panel can fray. I repaired mine by glueing a bit of credit card to the back of the roof panel so the panel was a bit wider and it removed the play. |

If its similar to mine the sunroof switch is on the dash above heather controls. Swap the rear heated screen switch and the sunroof switch with their looms. seemed to cure the problem for me |
