I have got a 2.3 16v now as well as my 2.6 and the alloys on it are period one's but are not keen on them and I was wondering what a set of 8 hole 15"ers would look like on it.
I just basically want a cheap set decent wheels.

I think if you skip back through the 190 of the month threads, you should find several...

Good Idea!
But no joy and I looked back a full year too!

Charles,

I'm sure it would look great as the 8 hole is a classy MB design.

I too am also having difficulty finding a picture of a kitted 190 with them fitted. AMG alloys seem a plenty, so I say go for it and be original!

Or post a photoshop request maybe?

Stu.

I'm pretty sure the 8 hole's are only 6.5 inch so would sit a bit far back under the arch extensions.

Not just 6.5J. These are original Sportline 8 holes. Inside of the wheel too dirty to see but wheel is 200mm (8 inches) so at least 7.5 J

Why you are not considering the 8-hole 16" design?

it will suit the car better than the 15" do.

By sheer chance I have seen a Le with 8 holes today and Stwat Is right! Aemt could be right too!

I only wanted these because they where available at sensible money and I can use my old tyres!

I am now on the look out for the original rims for the car!

Why would you want to change your AMG's ?

The wheels are for a 2.3 16v I have recently purchased and there are some period wheels on it that I aren't keen on.

Andy,

Any idea what number spring pads are on your sportline please?

I am very close to purchasing a set of 15" aloys and am considering dropping to no1 pads all round.

My 2.6 will probably sit pretty much the same as your 2.3.
