i climbed under the car today to check play at the universal joint and flexi disc, but there doesnt seem to be any there. the disc isnt worn from what i can see but there is definetly free play that shouldnt b there. any suggestions would be great. it seems to be worse also when i reverse, like a loud clunking sound. cheers |

Did you also check the front flexi and center bearing? And also the driveshafts? |

Just seen your other post. Your parking brake could be to blame. Jack up the rear and check they arent binding. They can clunk about when binding. |
