190E bodyshell, new - £3800

Just asked my local Mercedes authorised parts supplier for a price on a 2016002107. That's a W201 bodyshell

Price came back as £3800 approx, which I thought was very fair

Unfortunately that's the 1993 price and they're NLA...

LOL! if only mate. if i wont the lottery id build myself a 190e to "new" spec, ie everything as new with all the things included that i would expect in a new c-class. in fact, if i was THAT rich id just buy a c63 amg and transfer everything i could into a 190 shell lol

Theres an american place with a / some new shells , iirc they were c $800 .........

There is a link on here somewhere I am sure .......?

Those NAm-spec shells have less bhp though, as we all know :lol:

^Jezza, you can have that there 'Driver's Excuse' for free, use it on your next trip to Combe :lol:
