I saw pics of this car a while back and led it, but didn't realise it has so much work done on the engine. It looks minty fresh and is a really good model to work to! I am suprised that it only made 171.5 though, but i guess that's at the wheels and for a 2.3-16. Does anybody know what front lip that is? Looks rather tasty! |

He he, so it is. In that case it does seem low. But then i don't know what to expect from the wheels on these things. I take it 185-195 on the 16vs is at the fly? |

Looks stunning! I have read before that drivetrain losses for RWD cars are normally around 18-25%, so if 171.5BHP is at the wheels then the flywheel figure is actually very good. At least 200BHP anyways. Tim |

FWD loses about 12%, RWD between 15% and 18%, 4WD/AWD around 25 - 28%. That was last time I looked up the figures, anyway. I should imagine that with newer technologies in diffs, transmissions etc it's probably a little better. |
