Google car covers, I recently bought one. outdoor, breathable and waterproof for just over £30, it`s not really waterproof, more like shower proof, but it keeps the bird crap off.

I guess it all depends what you want out of the car cover.

I spent £140 on mine (price has dropped slightly i believe) but it was used on the car whilst it was away in storage and it is 90% waterproof which means that it allows the paint to breathe whilst it is being covered up. Having a 100% waterproof cover can apparantly lead to problems with your paint being "over protected". Also, it's made to fit the 190E. (16v and non-16v). Company is called "Car Cover Systems".

But if you just want something cheap and simple then there are alternatives out there.

Like i said, it all depends on what you want.

ive read that you shouldnt use a car cover as wind could blow it around and lift it up a bit letting dirt get under it then when the cover moves it acts like sand paper on the paint leaving it scratched/marked

may be something to think about

Have a look on the theultimatefinish.co.uk website for moltex car covers, i bought one a few years ago and it has served me well and will continue to do so for many more years. Its fully breathable so can even be placed onto a wet car. Now dont get me wrong they are expensive at around the £140 mark but they are one of the best you can get IMHO.
