A year or so ago, someone gave me a bottlle of "Carplan Hot Rubber" I've been using lately and it is good gear.It doesn't have a high shine, more of a lustre. The other good thing about it is, you can spray it on the alloys to keep the brake dust from sticking to them, making them so much easier to wash. Anyone else using it? |

I forget the exact type of tyre dressing that I use, but it's quite a thick/gloopy product that I put on with a cloth or small piece of sponge. Doesn't dry too sticky and doesn't end up turning brown like some I have used in the past. I tend to prefer the matt/lustre type finish as well so only use it once in a while (every couple of months or less), and find that the best effect is achieved by cleaning off the excess afterwards. Looks nice after the second/third wash etc ![]() Will |

I rarely use tyre dressin, ye makes tyres look sweet, but also makes ur rims go dirty and black quick.... |
