Maybe worth checking out 'lowrider' sites as have seen alot of early Mercs with them fitted.

Think you'll find they would be special order & very expensive, or you could try finding an adaptor kit to fit knock off hubs!

Motor Wheel Services, at Langley, near Heathrow. But it will look vile, I'm sure. Some cars are just not suited to them. MWS make Dunlop and Borrani pattern wire wheels. As stated, the hub will be your problem. Also, you'll need tyres with inner tubes, which rather restricts you...

Also, there used to be a make called Cobra, but I don't know what happened to them. In short:

DON'T DO IT! IT WILL LOOK SILLY!

Wire wheels do not suit any Mercedes, unless it's a very curvy one. Sorry, but it will look awful. Can someone photoshop some wire wheels onto a pic of the SEC?

I'm with Robert & Mike on this. I had them on my E-type and although it looked the part (as they do) they were an absolute nightmare to keep clean.
