Hi wheres the best place to buy ribbed mats for the 190e? I dont like the rubber ones, just looked on e-bay but could not find any Not even got my car yet and spending even more money lol Also what the best polish to get,ive not got a clue on what to buy. have been told to look at cleanyourcar.co.uk which is a great place to look,but dont i know what type of drying clothes to buy Thanks in advance Lee |

many will say go for the expencive stuff.... but i have always and will always use autoglym...... fantastic stuff... they do their own range of cleaning cloths too... not sure on the mats, as i need a black ribbed drivers mat for mine too... but i do have a pair of ribbed rears in blue if you want them. mark |

I use autoglym too, quite a few on the forum do. Super resin polish is great stuff and good value. Halfords have 3 for 2 on cleaning products at the moment. |

I have a full set of ribbed mats in dark blue. Excellent condition, just a very tiny amount of wear to the heel mat on the driver's mat. Mercedes logo, genuine M-B parts. PM me if you're interested. Try this guy for new ones: lennonized@googlemail.com 07737 013944. He makes them from original material for other Mercedes models and may be able to knock you some up for your 190. Suspect they won't be cheap, though The M-B rubber mats, even though you don't like them, are brilliant for keeping the muck off your carpets and last for ever. Just lift out and shake them. I wouldn't be without mine and have them in both cars! |
