Maybe tweak the rules so you can only nominate your car if its hasn't been nominated the month before (instead of just restricting it to winners as it is now) and plus a 10 car limit?

Gives people the motivation to get out there and get some cracking snaps of their cars. I shall put the poll up for this month, later this evening
