Russek 190 workshop manual; to buy or not to buy?

Is this A5 book any good? I already have both Haynes manuals, but I'm wondering if this Russek book is worth adding?

I presume someone here has it although I couldn't find any mention in a Search...

This is the book I'm on about. It looks unpromising, but I don't judge a book by its cover Ebay link

Never seen the book before but I've got the workshop manual on disc, with specific reference to the 2.3 16v. I can do you a copy and send it over when i send over the toolkit and owners manual.
